Clientele

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Receiving employment insurance or welfare benefits
  • Individuals in need of a career or vocational counselling
  • Workers looking for a better job, a promotion or a career change
  • Students searching for a summer job, a part-time job, or a vocational training place
  • Workers and students in need of assistive devices, accommodations, or professional support at work

  • Employment and academic resource information referrals
  • Vocational goal identification and consultation
  • Professional career counselling
  • Assistance with resume preparation
  • Job search training and assistance in completing forms
  • On site evaluations for adaptations, assistive technology and accommodations
  • ASL and English literacy and computer skills
  • Résumé services
  • On-job-training and accompanying clients at work
  • ASL and oral interpreting services
  • On site intervention and job maintenance
  • Assistive technology and accommodation
