Appointment of Véronique Guimont as Director of Nursing

Congratulations to Véronique Guimont, who has been appointed as the new Director of Nursing in our CIUSSS, effective May 25. A registered nurse by training, Ms. Guimont holds a master’s degree in administrative sciences and brings extensive experience in clinical governance, nursing leadership, operations management, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Director of Hospital Operations and Patient Flow at Hôpital Charles‑Le Moyne (CISSS de la Montérégie‑Centre), where she contributed to improvements in patient flow, access to care, and integrated clinical pathways. In her new role, Ms. Guimont will lead the nursing vision, support excellence in practice, and contribute to ongoing improvements in quality, safety, and the care experience.
