Our rehabilitation services are provided based on the following order of priority: telephone intervention, virtual intervention, home/school intervention, intervention at our facilities.
The day before the appointment, a staff member will contact the client to ask COVID-19 public health questions.
Measures to be observed
- The client may be accompanied by a family member only if deemed necessary.
- Masks are mandatory for clients aged 10 and over.
- A user who has symptoms of COVID-19 on the day of their appointment should phone 811 to determine whether to attend the appointment or take some other action.
